New Year's Resolutions!

Happy New Year's!
I’m not sure about you, but I had one crazy, busy Holiday season! However, now the New Year is upon us. Can you believe it’s now 2020?! Crazy right?!? Now I know everyone has mixed feelings about New Years Resolutions and the New Year being a fresh start, but here at DealMark we love it! This year we’re making it our goal to reach for the stars in every aspect of life!
What do I mean by that? I mean reaching all of the goals you’ve always wanted to but never have. I mean sitting down and figuring out what it will take to make it come true. I mean being the best version of ourselves that we can be. However for me, I usually reach a point where they've all got pushed aside. Last year I finally figured out a method to stick to my resolutions, break it down into easier smaller steps. This January and this year I want to focus on two big things in my personal day to day life: my health and my organization. I’ll walk you through common examples from each of those categories.
Health
2020 Goal: To live a healthier lifestyle and reach / maintain (based on where you are) a healthy weight for me.
In January what will I do? - I will swap at least one snack or meal a day for a healthier alternative. I will track my food to see what nutrients I am getting and how things like my sodium level are. I will workout at least 3 times a week and stretch daily.
From there on you will add and change it. So in February I will add in at least 2 runs a week. I will also focus on two healthy meals a day. Then in March I will focus on only 4 unhealthy meals a week and be doing cardio 3 times weekly and strength training 4 times weekly. Plan it all out so you have a clear guide to refer to. These are the types of things you plug into the hand out.
Organization
2020 Goal: I will get my house organized.
In January, what will I do? I will deep clean my kitchen. I will go through all my food and organize my fridge and pantry. I will go through and organize my "junk" drawer and throw out/ donate what I don't need. I will deep clean everything from the fridge to the stove.
From there I will go in and do the same for each month. So in February I will do the bathrooms. I will donate what I don't need. I will scrub the floors and the showers. I will reorganize the cabinets. Add a new room each month. And then work on maintaining. As an overarching goal, don't add more that you don't need.
